Since September 2024, I have been an Associate Professor at Université Paris Cité.
Research Interests
My research is structured around two complementary directions: the development of statistical methods motivated by genetic and omics data analysis to investigate risk factors for complex diseases, and the application of advanced statistical methods to large-scale epidemiological data.
Machine-Learning
- High-dimension
- Meta-analysis models
- Bayesian models
- Variable selection
Quantitative Genomics
- Statistical genetics
- Epidemiology of complex diseases
- Multi-omics data integration
